I am opposed to charging a starting fee for liquidation work where a company has assets. My focus is getting the best return for creditors, this keeps shareholder safe when that is achieved.
I have been in insolvency for years now. I worked as an auditor/accountant, in tax, audit, business accounting and forensic. I have owned non-accounting company's. I know how hard business is.
The rules have changed now if you have been served with a statutory demand, and you can't pay it. You will lose control very soon... You have to preserve your rights. This is critical.
• Control - Going into voluntary liquidation means you’re in control and can prepare for the outcome. • Low Cost - Although you may need to pay for some things, most things will be paid from the money earnt from selling your assets. • No More Debt - Once the process is complete, you should be free from all debt. • No More Stress - You will no longer be stressing about debt, taxes, and paying wages.
I carry out the liquidation process in four simple steps. • 1. Understand The Situation Once you’ve contacted me to let me know that you are ready to liquidate your business, I will sit down with you to discuss and understand why you are deciding to put your business into liquidation. • 2. Know Your Options • Whether you want to terminate your business because you are no longer satisfied with it, or because you are in debt, I will let you know what your options are moving forward.
• 3. Problem Solve • Once I’ve understood why it is you’re going into liquidation, we will problem-solve ways to get the best outcome for you. • 4. Create An Action Plan Creating an action plan is how we will go about the liquidation process. How we will do it, when we will do it, and how we’ll get the best outcome for you.

You use the word 'care' several times over in your website. While it would be easy just to discount them as words, your deeds prove it true. You are one of the good guys Dave....

I can't recommend Dave's services and expertise enough to aid you in this difficult situation. He is an extremely professional guy but at the same time shows great empathy for the person in the situation at hand. He explained everything to me fully, the options i had and was always on the other end of the phone when I needed him to answer the numerous questions I had. He made quite a traumatic time go smoothly and has always kept me informed and in the loop. I really can't thank him or recommend him enough!.

I would like to thank David for turning my life around. For giving me the confidence and information to make the right decision. I had been trying to keep my businesses afloat for more than 2 years and I was in so much financial debt that I didn’t see any way out. I had maxed out my credit cards, my marriage was on the rocks and my stress level was through the roof. The day I picked up the phone and spoke with David changed my life. I remember him saying to me “tomorrow your life will be different. Leave the worrying to me” and the next morning I woke up for the first time in 2 years without the weight of the world on my shoulders. David made me realise that I hadn’t failed and I wasn’t a failure because my business didn’t succeed. He dealt with the entire liquidation from beginning to end. His commitment to me and my creditors was astounding. He treated me with respect and made me see light at the end of the tunnel. He did his utmost to get the best outcome. 6 months down the line, I have a new life. I have a fantastic new job and I am the happiest I have been in years. I had to liquidate my businesses and declare bankruptcy but it was the best decision I ever made. Hanging onto something because we don’t want to fail is so detrimental to us all and it’s human nature to think things will change. David, thank you for giving me a new direction in my life.
